SheForShe Programme

Property Finder, the leading property portal in the MENA region, is launching the third edition of its ‘SheForShe Empowered by Property Finder’ initiative. At the heart of Property Finder's mission is the overarching purpose to 'Change Living for Good' across the region. The SheForShe programme is a pivotal part of this purpose, addressing the significant gender disparity in leadership roles within the real estate sector. With only 3% of brokerage owners being female, the initiative strives to build a more inclusive and equitable industry. This edition will be run in partnership with Women Choice. The collaboration aims to expand the initiative’s impact by providing mentorship and development opportunities for up to 300 women, with 30 industry mentors on board.
