Property Finder, the leading property portal in the MENA region, is launching the third edition of its ‘SheForShe Empowered by Property Finder’ initiative. At the heart of Property Finder's mission is the overarching purpose to 'Change Living for Good' across the region. The SheForShe programme is a pivotal part of this purpose, addressing the significant gender disparity in leadership roles within the real estate sector. With only 3% of brokerage owners being female, the initiative strives to build a more inclusive and equitable industry.
This edition will be run in partnership with Women Choice, an international organization dedicated to empowering women and supporting their professional growth. The collaboration aims to expand the initiative’s impact by providing mentorship and development opportunities for up to 300 women, with 30 industry mentors on board.

SheForShe is a sponsored leadership development programme designed to support women working in the UAE real estate sector. It includes expert-led webinars, mentorship, and access to a digital learning platform over a 3-month period.

Women working in or around the real estate industry in the UAE, including roles such as agents, brokers, sales consultants, property managers, investment analysts, marketers, legal advisors, data specialists, and business development professionals.
3.Is the programme sponsored?
Yes, the programme is fully sponsored. There is no cost to participants.
4.When does the programme take place?
The programme runs from Monday, September 8, 2025 to the Friday, December 5, 2025.
5.How much time will I need to commit?
Expect to dedicate around 2–3 hours per week for webinars, mentorship sessions, and activities on the learning platform.
6. Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. All participants who complete the programme requirements will receive a certificate of completion.
